It is free to try out any one of our training sessions, email us here, and we will confirm with you the date for your trial session. Then we will explain all key elements of the club face to face :-)
Please ensure your child comes with: - Athletic wear - Tennis shoes (not cleats) - Water Bottle - Shin guards - Mouth guard - Stick - this is not essential (especially for beginners) as we can lend you one.
You can get Shinguards and a Mouth Guard from any standard sports store, i.e. Dicks or Academy.For specific field hockey equipment, Longstreth is the main online US supplier.If you are buying a stick, please consult with our coaches first - they will help you choose the correct size & model.
